Motorhome Rear Panel Structural Repair & Full Repaint – Worcester

This project highlights a major structural and cosmetic repair carried out on a Bessacarr motorhome at our workshop in Worcester. The vehicle arrived with extensive rear-panel damage, including deep cracks, fractured GRP, missing material and compromised structural integrity around the corner section.

Our team began by removing all loose, unstable and broken layers to expose the damaged fibreglass underneath. The affected area was then rebuilt using specialist GRP techniques to restore strength and shape exactly as per factory specification. Once the structural repairs were complete, the panel was carefully reshaped, reinforced and prepared for refinishing.

The entire rear section was then primed, smoothed and repainted to deliver a flawless, high-gloss finish that blends perfectly with the original bodywork. The final result is a fully restored rear panel with correct contours, durability and a factory-grade appearance.
