Motorhome & Caravan Body Repair and Respray

When it comes to motorhome body repair and respray, many people imagine it’s just a matter of applying a fresh coat of paint. In reality, proper painting is a detailed and time-consuming process that often requires dismantling parts of your motorhome or caravan to make sure every single panel is prepared and painted correctly.

Unfortunately, we regularly meet customers who previously had their motorhome painted elsewhere, only to discover later that the job was not done properly. Once we start removing lamps or trims, it becomes clear that areas under the lights were never painted or even cleaned. In those cases, the paint begins to peel because a new layer was applied directly over an old, unprepared surface.

At our workshop, we follow the correct process step by step:

Parts are carefully removed – lamps, trims, handles and panels are taken off to expose the surface.

Panels are prepared and cleaned – old paint, dirt and residues are removed, ensuring a solid foundation.

Professional painting and respray – panels are repainted or resprayed with high-quality paint for a perfect finish.

Reassembly – once the paintwork is complete, all parts are fitted back with precision.

This is the only way to achieve a factory-finish look that lasts. The difference can be seen immediately – as shown in the attached photos of a recently completed motorhome repair and respray project.

Whether it’s accident damage repair, dent removal, panel replacement or a full respray, we provide professional service to bring your motorhome or caravan back to life.
